HOW CAN YOU HELP? All HSAC programs are volunteer-staffed. With your help, we are able to operate these programs and
provide our services to the public. Consider what you enjoy and your special talents when you are looking at just a
few of our volunteer opportunities below: Tour de Tailwaggers Raffle Ticket Sales Membership Drive Dog Washes & Car Washes Golf Tournament And there are many other opportunities that develop throughout the year. You may want to do something creative on your own for the HSAC. Creative volunteers have raised money through lemonade stand sales, penny drives, candle sales, consignment sales, yard sales, pet food drives, Purina weight circle collections and more! If you are a member of a club or fraternal organization whose mission includes serving the community, the HSAC is a great place to serve! Call us for great group ideas!  Maintaining the Luv-A-Pet Adoption Center at PetSmart is a big effort, but there is a big payoff: we are helping these kitties find forever homes by introducing them to the public. Cleaning litter boxes, grooming cats and helping socialize them are all important volunteer jobs that help us put their "best paw forward!" Canine Adoption Fairs are held at Burlington Outlet Village and at PetSmart. At the fairs we introduce our foster dogs to their future forever homes. Volunteer help is needed to transport them to the adoption fairs, introduce them to the public and take care of them during the fairs.
