| During the month of December, 2009, a "Feed Our Furry Friends For Christmas" campaign was held at Amber's House of Dance. Over 600 pounds of dog and cat food plus over 100 pounds of cat litter was collected. Students who brought in donations put their name on a paper paw print which was placed on the studio's windows. Pictured is owner, Amber Swangin, with a few of her students who helped load all the food which was delivered to the Humane Society of Alamance County. Because of economic conditions, many residents are not able to feed their animals and HSAC works to provide much-needed assistance. |

| Humane accomplishment: Since 1988, over 12,000 animals have been spayed or neutered through HSAC's low-cost Spay/Neuter Program. |
