In July, the HSAC applied and was accepted into Petsmart's Luv-A-Pet Feline Adoption program. Up to six of our foster cats and kittens are displayed in cubbies 24/7 in the new store on University Drive. Our volunteers go to the store every day to visit and play with our cats. This also includes feeding, grooming and cleaning the cubbies and litter boxes.

The exposure of having our kitties on display at Petsmart and the monthly adoption fairs in front of the store have greatly increased the number of adoptions of our rescued animals.
