In partnership with the HSAC, the Gallery Players performed the musical, Oliver!, the last weekend in February and the first weekend in March at the Paramount Theatre.

Our Foster Dog, Chunkie Munkie, appeared in the play as Bull's Eye. In the photo below, Chunky has just arrived for a Friday night performance and waits patiently before going inside the theatre. He loved the attention he received from the cast which included many children.

For the Sunday afternoon performance, we held a foster fair for several of our other foster dogs, including handsome Norb, in front of the theatre.

We are grateful to the Gallery Players for choosing the HSAC to partner with in the Oliver! production. This was wonderful exposure for our Foster Program and our volunteers, as well as Chunkie, had a great time!
