On Saturday, June 12th, the HSAC manned an information table at a safety fair for children sponsored by the KB Toy Outlet at the BMOC. The City Police and Fire Departments had officers on hand to fit young bikers with helmets and check car safety seats. Radio station, 102JAMZ, was on hand to broadcast music and offer prizes to the children. Representatives were there also from the Health Department and Family Abuse Services. The HSAC gave children coloring books concerning safety tips for interacting with animals.
